To meet with the new challenge and demand of the students LES society Smt. Kasturbai Walchand College has taken a step in the field of Information technology by starting the department of Computer Science on 5th September 2001 within a short span of time the department has made its name in the field of computer science in an around sangli city. The department is having good infrastructure, faculty as well as well equipped with other facility required.

Objectives

To impart qualitative and valuable services in the field of higher education to the students of Sangli city and nearby villages

To abolish the superstitious attitude and to develop scientific attitude in the students

To provide job-oriented education.

To develop the all-round personality of the students.
